Of course, SOA is not DOA. SOA has a new son "SOA 2.0", added a brother "Cloud Computing" for infratsructure, added a sister "REST Services" for web, has stronger legs "ESB" comparing with B2B, and much prettier body "BPM" with all the built-in vertical business processes and services, and an unlimited stomach "Service Repository". And a doctor "BAM" or "Service Monitoring" like ITCAM.
So SOA family is getting bigger and stronger. It is healthy than ever! It is a citizen shared by every corporate land.
